INGREDIENTI:
- 120gr. di Treccione
- 4 Filetti di pomodoro secco
- 4 Puntarelle
- q.b. Glassa al balsamico
PROCEDIMENTO:
Tagliate le puntarelle molto sottili con un coltello, sgocciolate per bene il pomodoro secco (sott’olio), tagliate delle fette belle larghe di treccione e assemblate il tutto nel piatto di portata.
