Bocconcini di scamorza con salsa ajoli e cappero
INGREDIENTI:
- 50 gr di maionese
- 1 spicchio di aglio
- 2 bocconcini di scamorza affumicata
- 5 capperi
- Olio sale e pepe
PROCEDIMENTO:
Amalgamate la maionese all’aglio già sbollentato nel latte (per 3 volte), privatelo dell’anima centrale verde e tritatelo finemente, condite con dei capperi dissalati e ci adagiate la scamorza a temperatura ambiente. Gustate il tutto con il pepe.
