INGREDIENTI:
- 1 Pomodoro rosso ramato
- 1 Mozzarella
- 1 Scampo
- q.b. Pepe in grani al mulinello
- q.b. Sale
- q.b. Origano fresco
- q.b. Olio extra vergine di oliva
PROCEDIMENTO:
Tagliate i pomodori ramati e li condite con olio, sale, pepe ed origano fresco.
Condite anche la mozzarella e cuocete lo scampo semplicemente al vapore.
Assemblate il piatto come in foto e decorate con dei fiori eduli commestibili.
