INGREDIENTI:
- 60gr. Sfoglia di mozzarella
- 1 Barbabietola cotta
- 20gr. Mandorle tostate a filetti
- q.b. Origano fresco
- q.b. Olio extra vergine di oliva
- q.b. Sale e pepe
PROCEDIMENTO:
Tagliate la barbabietola a cubetti piccolissimi, la cospargete sulla sfoglia di mozzarella e la condite con origano, olio, sale e pepe. Arrotolatela con un giro la sfoglia di mozzarella.
Tagliate a forma di cannoncini e passateli nelle mandorle a filetti tostate.
